We tested Microsoft Office 2007. The solution is
set 'Pause' about 300 sec (5 min) before two last actions.
And the automatic installation will be successfully.

Can you please explain in a step by step fashion? Your given help is semantically ambiguous. What do you mean by the last two actions? What buttons are present during the last two actions? Last two actions after or before installation?

Do these steps:
1. Run MultiSet. The main program window will be opened.
2. Select the 'New package' button on the control panel.
3. Specify the name and the executable file in the new dialog box. Click the 'OK' button.
4. The record panel will appear after you click 'OK'. Then the system will run the selected distributed file. Install the Office 2007 in the usual way. When the Office is installed click 'Stop' on the record panel. The automatic installation package is ready.
5. Open package's properties (double-click on the package in the list).
6. Go to 'Script tab'. You will see list of actions.
7. Last 2 actions - 'Left-mouse button released' (Button 'Install'). Set 'Pause' about 300 sec (5 min) before these two last actions.
