When i try to create either an unattended install or unattd w/ software. it asks for a windows distribution package, what is this and where can i find it?

You must copy the original CD/DVD with Windows on the hard disk (for example in folder C:\DISTR_WIN).
And select this folder on the 'Step 2' of wizard.
