I'm trying to record the installation of MSSQL 2005. Every time at the same point it isn't possible to click next. I have to press Ctrl + Esc to get the focus back. When selecting Mixed mode, press pause I cannot enter anything trough the keyboard. I have to use the ctrl-alt-del several times before I'm able to type text in. I have tested this on three different machines and see this problem every time.
After one day playing I still doesn't have a package that can install MSSQL for me.
Can abyone provide me a solution? Did I buy the wrong software Sad

We prepare new simple solution to installing MS SQL 2005.

Please, download Almeza MultiSet 7.1

http://www.almeza.com/download/multiset.exe

Create package as usually. When the installation freezes, please,
press 'Ctrl+Esc'. Please, wait 2 seconds and continue installation.
If the installation freezes once again , please, press 'Ctrl+Esc',
wait 2 seconds and continue installation. And so on.

When package ready open the properties of the necessary package and
switch to the 'Script' tab. Uncheck some actions which have 2 visible
window. Press 'OK'. The package is ready for automatic
installation.

I'm already using the version 7.1 and yes I know that you can workaround it by using the Ctrl+Esc keys.
What do you mean with "We prepare new simple solution to installing MS SQL 2005"?

We solved this problem in last year with our users and this solution does work.

If there is an error the installation probably is not complete. If you have a problem reply to your original install or upgrade ticket. They will send you an email when it is complete.
